Asher founded several successful bio-tech companies, among them: InspireMD (NYSE MKT: NSPR), a medical device company which improves treatment of patients undergo stenting related to heart attacks. Prior, Asher has founded, managed, and served as chairman and board member of several startup companies that have succeeded in the marketplace.

Asher served as the chairman of Urogen leading the company through the regulatory process and set the company strategic plans. Asher founded many successful start-ups and serves as a director in numerous MedTech companies.
Asher served as Worldwide Manager – Biosense Carto System, and member of the Operational Management Board from 1997-1999. Biosense is a leader in medical sensor technology. Biosense was founded in Haifa, Israel with headquarters in New Jersey, and was acquired by Johnson & Johnson in 1997, subsequently merging with Cordis Webster to become Biosense Webster. Biosense developed and marketed a novel guided imaging system for craniological and electrophysiological applications which has become the worldwide market leader in cardiological applications. At Biosense he was responsible for development, regulatory, clinical studies, reimbursement, and marketing operations.
Dr. Holzer has specific experience in the development and commercialization of various catheters in the electrophysiology and cardiology, as well as a vast experience in the low noise amplification devices.
